The Mill Brook Restaurant offers the very best of dining experiences. Head Chef Matt Dare holds two AA Rosettes. The hotel is featured in many publications including the AA’s Best Places to Stay for Food Lovers, Top 200 Britain’s Best Hotels Fine Individual Hotels and The Michelin Guide 2009.
We will provide all delegates with tea and coffee, served with Matt’s home made biscuits or cakes. A buffet lunch will be served either in the restaurant or the Conference Suite; an A La Carte dinner will be served in the restaurant, where private dining facilities are available if required.
The Mill offers a wide range of dining options. The Mill Brook Room features an a la carte menu developed by Matt. His accomplished and memorable food is distinguished by clear flavours, which combine classic and modern English styles.
Our suppliers are predominantly local and organic. They include Watermoor Meats, Burford and AM Bailey, Stratford. Our fish is delivered daily, overnight, from Cornwall by Flying Fish.
