2. Organisers will receive detailed functions sheets covering every aspect of their meetings 72 hours prior to arrival

3. All meeting and event rooms will be available at least one hour prior to the start time of your meeting to allow ample time for set up.

4. Audio-visual and LCD projector included in room charge

5. All meeting rooms locked at restaurant meal times and overnight

6. Continuous coffee and tea bar to provide continuous refreshments throughout your event, serviced every two hours

7. Breakfast, lunch and dinner times guaranteed

8. Fully itemised invoice available on departure

9. Credit arrangement of 30 days to approved organisations

10. Commission paid to Agents within 10 days of receipt of invoice
